Community Shop

Our service during the corona virus: 

We have been established for more than 10 years, and are run completely by a team of over 40 volunteers. We are now fully up and running in our premises in Cheswardine Parish Hall

The address is Podmore Road, Cheswardine TF9 2FA (adjacent to the Playing Fields, just off the High Street).

Opening Hours are 8.30 am till  11:00 am daily.

Our range has been extended during these difficult times and covers all basic food essentials and cleaning supplies including grocery, dairy, frozen food and vegetables  

Stock is " decontaminated"  before being displayed, and we  have a contactless payment system, and operate with “clean money” (all change given has been washed)

Customers are able to order their own artisan bread ,fresh meat, groceries. 

Simply complete the ORDER FORMS (seen below) and collect your shopping during normal opening hours. You can also order a regular newspaper by calling into the shop.

If for some reason people are unable to collect their shopping then please ask for the Home Delivery service at the time of ordering – we do not deliver papers on their own unfortunately.
